Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order number, is required.
- Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., specific religious Halloween costumes or Sunday school supplies with custom designs) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products like opened party supplies or trunk or treat giveaways that have been used are non-returnable.
Based on our product offerings, the following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:
- Personalized T-Shirts or Teaching Supplies with custom prints.
- Opened Party Supplies or Trunk or Treat Decorations that have been assembled or used.
- Religious Halloween items that are sealed for safety but have been opened.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary details.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days. Do not ship items back without this authorization.
- Ship the Item(s): Once approved, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship them to our address at 3045 Rollins Road, OAKLAND, US 51560. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refund Time: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If you paid via PayPal, the refund will go to your PayPal account. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.
- Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received. Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS for free shipping on orders over $50).

International Returns: As we serve a global community (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations), please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility. Ensure you use a trackable shipping service for proof of delivery.
